Q: What material?
A: Inflatable games are made by high resistance PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852(British Standard).

Q: What about size and color?
A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to our webpage or catalogue.

Q: Can you design one specially?
A: Yes, send us details and a sketch of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

Q: What included in products?
A: It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same color material, glue),ground sheet.

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?
A: Our inflatable products can be used more than 1 year. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because there is a long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

Q: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
A: we can offer CE/UL blower for inflatable bouncers and cool air inflatables.

Q: How do I order?
A: 1. You can order in our website: www.fumtime-inlfatables.com.cn or just send us your Purchase with your detail requirement.
2. If there is special design, please email us for price and order information without hesitation.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We prefer T/T payment. 50%T/T down payment in advance, the balance 50% before delivery. The banking information will be included in our Contract to you.

Q: How do you start the order?
A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

Q: Producing time?
A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 7-20 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

Q: Shipping?
A: Can be sent by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 7 work days maximum and by sea 20-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD250.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pc will be lower than USD250.00. Air charge is different form different countries.
